Eskimo Process Cooling Solutions (EPCS) manufacture, supply and exports of Bottle / Square shaped cooling towers in Single & Multi Shell Towers. DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
In Round Model:
- Rotating Sprinkler distributes the hot water uniformly over the PVC fills
- Rotary head made of aluminium alloy with sealed ball bearing
- Self Lubrication Nylon Bush
- Range: 2 Inch. to 12 Inch.
- Optional Sprinklers are available in SS 304 and Nylon.
- Maintenance is considerably minimal because fan, sprinkler fills and pipes are easily be approached from the top, without distributing the cooling tower casing
In Square Model:
- The Spray system is designed to achieve maximum water sprinkling at the tip of nozzles with minimum pressure drop/ by gravity
- The spacing of nozzles is kept in such a way that the spray through the nozzles covers maximum area of tower.
- The main heads and branches are made of PVC heavy duty pipe
- The nozzles are made from High density poly polypropylene
- Sixes available in 0.5 inch to 3.0 inches
