ESKIMO Cooling Towers lightweight and compact, the modular design of the FRP cooling tower provides easier installation and simplified job assembly. Wind direction will not affect the performance due to the unique 360 degree design of the aerodynamic fiberglass casing.
Individual fiberglass panels bolt together with stainless steel hardware and are easily opened for periodic cleaning. the FRP fiberglass panels will last for a very long time as they are impervious to severe environmental weather conditions.
The honeycomb PVC fill pack has a very high heat transfer efficiency, making this “bottle” design the most efficient cooling tower available. The PVC fill pack can be used for inlet water temperature up to Max.55°c.
Drift eliminators are designed to capture large water droplets caught in the cooling tower air stream. The eliminators prevent the water droplets and mist from escaping the cooling tower.
Motors that are specially designed flange mounted motors in totally enclosed construction to suit extreme environmental conditions. They are provided with special long shaft construction with external threaded end to directly mount the fan blades this also helps in the better cooling of the motor. Motors are compact in design & less in weight to facilitate easy maintenance
The aerodynamic blade design helps conserve power and require much lower horsepower than comparable sized towers. They are also factory balanced to provide very quite, vibration free, operation.
A rotating head and sprinkler pipe assembly sits atop the centre supply pipe, propelled around to distribute the water across the top of the PVC fill pack.
The air is pulled into the tower through the plastic, anti-splash inlet louvers that encompass the 360 degree base opening. As the water falls down through the fill pack, the air moves vertically in counter-flow to it and exits out the vortex opening in the top, above the fan.
Deep sump basin with additional stiffeners to avoids spillage / seepage of water area around the tower, to keep dry always. NPG base Gel coating is used inside the basin for smoothness.
The various steel components such as motor support, FAN guards, fills support hardware etc., are hot dip galvanises and corrosion is no longer a matter of concern.
